ABOUT JEFFERSON FLATS

The development team's primary goal when designing and planning Jefferson Flats was to accommodate residents who need to both live and work in their apartment home. Recent years have shifted how people are now working and living their lives, so the team adapted the building concept to accommodate the more diverse needs of today's renter.

The community proudly achieves this goal by creating peaceful, welcoming space where people can live and thrive in their homes, within a central location close to city activities and outdoor experiences.
